Description: This project consisted of bringing an abandoned shell space up to date and maneuvering and retrofitting shipping containers into modular office spaces and small meeting rooms. The coordination requirements with 3 end users (Monterey Energy, TFA, and OPSRC) was critical in planning the infrastructure and shared common spaces of the overall footprint. Project completed while at Smith & Pickel Construction.
