Description: A modern infill project in a bustling rural, small town environment. The space serves as new field offices for Kirkpatrick Oil and also as a community gathering point with its shell space (left side of the building footprint in the photo below). This detail was a focal point for the entire Project Team from the onset as the relationships within this small town are what drove this project to fruition in the first place. This project was one of many performed for Kirkpatrick Oil with their corporate office being located at 1001 W Wilshire in Oklahoma City. Project completed while at Smith & Pickel Construction.
